The room was clean and decent size. The bed was very comfortable and I had good night's sleep on this.

The hotel makes no effort to really help if something goes wrong. It just tries to get maximum profit from the unfortunate traveller. They also have hidden fees so it ends up costing more than expected. I'll never book here again.

the hotel is next to the metro, a very convenient feature. i found many restaurants and opportunities for shopping nearby. the hotel staff were amazing and helpful .

my room was a little too cold even after i complained. a technician came to my room, but he only increased the fan speed. this made my room even colder. the bed quilt did not keep me warm enough.
